These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 76-dragons.com and the services provided by 76Dragons LLC. Questions: info@76-dragons.com.
1. Agreement
By using 76-dragons.com, our chat assistant, or our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
76 Dragons builds websites, website chatbots, AI voice answering, lead capture and follow-up, mobile apps, and custom software for businesses. Specific deliverables, fees and timelines are set in each client's written agreement or proposal.
3. SMS Lead Alert Program Terms
Program name. 76 Dragons Lead Alerts. Recipients are staff of 76 Dragons business clients who opted in during client onboarding and confirmed by replying YES. We never text the people who fill out our clients' forms.
Messages. New-lead alerts with the inquirer's name, callback number and a short request summary. Message frequency varies with lead volume. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time; you'll get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Help: reply HELP or email info@76-dragons.com.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
4. User obligations
Provide accurate information; only list mobile numbers of people who agreed to receive alerts; don't misuse the site, chat assistant or services (no unlawful, abusive or automated scraping use); notify us promptly if a listed staff member leaves or withdraws consent.
5. Intellectual property
Site content and 76 Dragons materials belong to 76 Dragons; client-owned deliverables are governed by the client agreement.
6. Disclaimers
Site and chat assistant information is provided "as is" without warranties. AI assistant responses may contain errors and are not professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 76 Dragons is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages; total liability is limited to amounts paid to 76 Dragons in the prior 3 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date shows the latest version.
